Cystic lesion of the spleeen can be parasitic or non parasitic including congenital, post traumatic pseudocyst, abscess, haematoma, splenic infarct, cystic lymphoma, and lymphangioma. They can also be classified as true cysts or pseudocyts of the spleen and also congenital (primary) or acquired splenic cysts.</td></tr></tbody></table> ER -
