Pilonidal sinus disease, characterized by communicating granulating natal cleft tracts and abscesses, is a common condition. We report a case of a sacroccygeal chorodoma diagnosed incidentally on surgical exploration of a case of resumed recurrent pilonidal disease.</td></tr></tbody></table> ER -
