Dilemma In Diagnosis

Abstract
Foreign body chest is not rare in children. Diagnosis is usually easy because of specific history, clinical findings and radiological appearance, but sometimes it is not so because the shape, structure, site or the material inhaled may not present with typical history, signs of definite radiological appearance and thus this easily diagnosed condition may become a dilemma as happened in this particular case.
