Unusual Foreign Bodies in Aerodigestive Tract

Abstract
Introduction of foreign bodies into body orifices i.e. oral cavity, nostrils, ears and even urethra and vagina is a common incident specially in small children and psychiatric patients, and those under the effect of drugs. Children are usually in habit of putting things into oral cavity and so foreign body ingestion and inhalation surgeon. One of the most common causes of accidental faced by ENT surgeon. One of the most common causes of accidental death in home in children under age of six years in due to inhalation of foreign body[2]. The usual foreign body ingested by children is coin and the one ingested by adults is a bone piece while a common foreign body inhaled by children is a peanut[1,5,8,4,6].
