One Stage Repair of Hypospadias

Abstract
this paper reports on the method of repairing distal or mid-shaft hypopadias in 43 patients using proximal vascularized meatal based flaps. A terminal meatus was achieved in most cases, there were 8 fistulate 18%, and 5 meatal stenosis 11%.
