Haemorrhagic Cerebral Metastasis: A case Report.

Abstract
Haemorrhagic cerebral metastasis is a rare entity as reported in the literature: We report a case of a 35 year old lady admitted with three days history of breathlessness nausea and dry cough. She also had fever off and on for two months. She was initially treated with antibiotic but she developed bilateral pelural effusion and haemoptysis. Pleural fluid showed suspecious looking cells. Whiile she was being investigated. She developed left hemiparesis and CT brain scan showed haemorrhagic metastasis. She died two weeks later.
