Evaluation of "PIPELLE" A Disposible Devise For Endometrial Sampling

Abstract
Dilatation and curettage (D&C) is one of the most commonly performed procedures in the obstetrical and gynecological practice. Pipelle has been introduced to make this procedures more safe, effective and less cumbersome. A short trial was performed on out patients using "Pipelle" instead of D&C for endometial sampling. It was found to be very well tolerated by the patients, only in one case the specimen was termed as inadequate for reporting by the his pathology department.
